Western union provides the option to send a security question to pick up the money transfer for circumstances like mine where I had my wallet stolen therefore no ID. The first time there was a gentleman working who was very helpful and polite. The next day it was a very rude young woman who would not process the transaction without ID even though I’m explaining to her that my wallet was stolen and the transfer was sent with a security question. To the owner or Manager, please update your hours of operation, your store was closed at 6:25 pm, I've went by 2 times in the past also after 6pm and the store was closed, I've been there 2 other times in the past before 6 pm an they were open, seemd you're employees leave early an are makeing there owner hours, as long as you get there" before 6pm " they are open.
