I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This business is a joke! I value transparency and professionalism, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those standards. Very misleading when it comes to cashing checks! They give a hard time and poor service!!! Reporting to bbb

If I can put a zero I would. I brought one of my elderly residents up here to cash her pension check. She stated she had to verify it. We been literally a hour. She just spoke to the manager and the manager asked why did she take so long to cash her check. What day she gets her check and etc… Horrible customer service. I will never bring anyone here.
