If I can give this place a negative ten, I would. I've dealt with racism in the past, but to be racially profiled by a Latino woman over cashing a payroll check is outrageous. I was treated like a criminal as soon as I walked up to the window. Ultimately I got my check cashed at Kroger. A legitimate establishment. This place should be shutdown. Avoid with all cost.

Si llevas dinero para mandar te lo reciben sin problemas, pero si vas a cobrar las empleadas son tan prepotentes te piden pasaporte, green card, seguro social... Y de todas formas no te pagan Yo les recomiendo no ir a ese lugar es pésimo el servicio

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I came in, instead of being treated with respect, I was treated like a criminal for simply trying to cash my check. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made the entire process feel humiliating. On top of that, the fees were excessive and not explained upfront. No one should be made to feel disrespected or accused when they are doing legitimate business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. Ask for everything with an exception of a drop of blood to cash a payroll check. Do you really think payroll is open after normal business hours? Why do you need so many copies of personal information? How do you secure the copies you make? I see why more and more people avoid this establishment and it does not have 2 stars. This place does not serve the public well. Also the young lady who was there around 5pm on 9/15/25 was disgustingly rude.
