This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I came in, instead of being treated with respect, I was treated like a criminal for simply trying to cash my check. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made the entire process feel humiliating. On top of that, the fees were excessive and not explained upfront. No one should be made to feel disrespected or accused when they are doing legitimate business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. Ask for everything with an exception of a drop of blood to cash a payroll check. Do you really think payroll is open after normal business hours? Why do you need so many copies of personal information? How do you secure the copies you make? I see why more and more people avoid this establishment and it does not have 2 stars. This place does not serve the public well. Also the young lady who was there around 5pm on 9/15/25 was disgustingly rude.

Please don’t go here they are unprofessional,inconsistent, and rude went inside on a Sunday (the door was unlocked) the girl sees me and says we’re closed I said ok well why isn’t the door locked she said but we’re closed mind you it’s no opening or closing times on the door but on google it states they close at 8pm while I got back inside my vehicle disappointed I watch a gentleman walk inside and get serviced
