I went to cash a check today. The check was written in my full legal name, and I presented a valid driver’s license. However, the staff member refused to provide service. When I asked for an explanation, she stated that I did not have a Maryland driver’s license. The customer service at this location was extremely poor. The staff member’s attitude was unprofessional, and her manner of interacting with customers was disrespectful. I would not recommend this place.🤮🤮🤮
