DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Two Hispanic women on 5/15/2026 and another on 5/13/2026 , tended my grandmother and had an unacceptable attitude. Western union should consider those they are hiring. The woman today 5/15/2026 told my grandmother she did not find the money sent and that “why are you so stressed about recovering $50” can you believe that?? Incredibly unprofessional. They should be fired immediately they have no costumer service skills. It’s despicable to disrespect an older woman and say a comment like that.

This location has a staff that seems to Hate their job. They speak very nasty and rude. They also refuse to answer the phone. I sat outside an empty lobby of the store and called three times and watched no one answer the phone. Until finally picking up screaming at me that if i wanted information to come into the store with an attitude then hanging up in my face.. luckily I didn’t respond with the same disrespectful energy as the laundry bag built ladies.. Never using this location again

Unfortunately I choose that place 3 times but I will never be there again. I went there to get cash from my dad and I was treated horribly, people who work in there are very rude and disrespectful and they didn’t pay me the cash for many reasons for example my name is not correct o many excuses then I went to a different place and got the cash, they are liars, simply see me and didn’t even tipped my information in the computer. Don’t waste your time going this place to be treated so bad, go to a different location

Customer service is very horrible. No courtesy, politeness and respect. There is no way I should stepped in a business place and feel unwelcome. Also why waiting in a line and is after you get to the front desk you are aware that the western union is not working!!
