If you're looking for a western union to receive money, unless youre only gettibg a very small amount in the middle of the day I wouldn't recommend coming here. Businesses that cant actually do western union shouldn't offer it. They can't ever pay out more then $200 and you have to wait a few hours after they open to be able to get money, even though they do have access to $200 at all times.
These people are absolutely clueless. They have no training and have no idea on how to use a MYWU card, not to mention any concept of customer service.
