They are very very slow
Worst customer service. Agent SUSHMA is so impolite and refused to give service unless I sign on paper which says Loan applicant.I was literally trying to explain I’m here to send money to my family. Simple as it is. I called WU customer service and she refused to talk to him rather stated she’s going to call police. I said I’m here and not going to move from here . U call police. I was picking up WU transfer and they asked my full SSN and lots of other details. Same with a woman in front of me in the line. Not sure it’s even legal.
