Their attitude is very bad, extremely bad service! I had a terrible experience with Western Union. I sent money internationally, and the recipient was unable to collect it. When I asked for a refund, and they refused to process it without a clear explanation. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful. I expected better from a global company, but clearly, they don’t care about their customers. I will never use Western Union again and strongly advise others to look for better, more reliable alternatives.
