The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. The lack of professionalism is astonishing. Went to cash a personal check which is charged 10% did not mind taking the charge and would refuse to cash my check when it’s clearly stated on their services with a fee. No explanation was made. Proceeded to then call customer service to speak with a supervisor and got hung up on as they were unavailable to speak with me… I would advise to go to any other location and the employees pick a new job as they clearly can’t co... read more
this place is a joke! asked for a $150 money order right? used my card, i expected to be charged for the money order, told me it was $151.50. i gave then my card, they ran my debit card & proceeded to give me $150 cash! turns out these idiots charged me $4 bucks to run my card . then said "the money order is an additional $1.50". they are scammers! hate i even have to gice 1 star to leave feedback that im sure will fall on deaf ears smh
