The office staff and nurse were so warm and lovely. The nurse spoke through everything that was going on and that she could see which was reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and safe even with an internal scan. Thank you so much ladies!
I had a horrible experience at this clinic with both the Sonographer and the receptionist. I booked in for follicle tracking for overseas IVF. I needed the report that day which shouldn't be hard given you pay $335. Heidi, the Sonographer was not very warm at all with no people skills. Firstly, she left me to get changed and get on the bed. Honestly a very shocking experience here. I was referred by my doctor for an ultrasound due to PCOS symptoms, to leave the ultrasound with 2 shocking revelations - 1. I had a unicorneaut uterus and 2. I had an extra cervix which ultimately would mean I wouldn’t be able to safely conceive children. These were two things I obviously was not expecting, and so it threw my life into a spiral. I have done an ultrasound today with Rose, she was amazing. Thank you so much for your patience, care and above all, taking your time to explain me about everything and not rushing the appointment. I didn’t like the receptionist though… but I guess it’s the most difficult job to handle patients with full bladders .
Absolute angels who looked after me at this clinic, not easy going to through fertility struggles and they made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and have such detailed and clear explanations!
