Absolute angels who looked after me at this clinic, not easy going to through fertility struggles and they made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and have such detailed and clear explanations!
I had an internal ultrasound done here today. I can not speak anymore highly of the woman who did the ultrasound. I was very anxious and have previously had some bad medical experiences. She did not make me feel rushed and listened to any anxieties I may have had. She made the experience way easier than I was anticipating, she clearly explained the procedure and talked me through everything so I knew what was happening and why. I wish I had got her name but missed it.
We were waiting for one hour for our turn
Had a great experience with sonographer, Antoinette today. She was so friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and made our scan feel really special. My appointment felt thorough and comfortable from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic or return.
