As a second time mum with scan anxiety, these guys were so patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I don’t remember the name of my sonographer, but I’ve been to you guys twice now and both times have had a great experience. Thank you.
Happy for the scan, but not the receptionist Lynne, you had made a mistake on the insurance cover and insisted you were right until I threw out the solid evidence. Your longtime experience does not mean you know everything already! I was not going to write a bad review, but you push off the responsibility; no apologies and said I didn’t tell, but I did ask each time when I made the payment. Even no follow up until I called and got an answer there is nothing you can do. Excuse me ? Be humble and professional !
