I was referred here to investigate ongoing chronic pelvic pain initially caused by endometriosis, Rose was my sonographer and she was so lovely, professional and gentle, which made the experience of a moderately invasive transvaginal ultrasound as comfortable as possible. This kind of scan looking for endometriosis needs to be done by a specialised professional, the results were more thorough than another standard radiology clinic I went to.
We have visited this radiology several times so far and quite disappointed with the service at desk. First thing is very hard to get booking for this radiology, no flexibility with the time. Take it or leave it policy. The lady at reception has very strange look like she saw something weird (not once its everytime). No smile no welcome, I don't know why people keep working if they don't like the job. As a second time mum with scan anxiety, these guys were so patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I don’t remember the name of my sonographer, but I’ve been to you guys twice now and both times have had a great experience. Thank you.
