Came here for my wifes ultrasound, the sonographer in the back corner office made us feel very unwelcome, we both couldnt believe it really. We won't come back here.
Recently had an ultrasound here and could not fault the service if I tried. The receptionist was so lovely & helpful, and my ultrasound tech Heidi was so thorough! She explained everything to me and made me extremely comfortable during the process. I also had my comprehensive report that same afternoon. A seriously great team at this practice!
Wonderful experience for our 20 week scan, ladies were all amazing to deal with and our bub was being cheeky and hiding his face so rather than sending us off to rebook, I was fed some lollies and was squeezed in quickly between other appointments to get what was needed. For something that can cause a lot of anxiety for some people, the whole experience was calm, informative and just amazing. Thank you
Trying to call and it says call during business hours - I am with at last two hours before closing times … very frustrating
