Always have answers for our questions. We use the monthly filter maintenance service out here in Turner Valley it's so nice to have someone who services more than just calgary.
Western charged us $600 to lift our hot tub and diagnose it, which we had to pay up front, they then gave us an crazy estimate of over $5100 dollars to fix the tub. They also offered to take away our tub for an extra $600. Fortunately I got a second opinion from a good and honest man by the name of Pat who works for DHT services who diagnosed the problem, fixed it and has it running smoothly all for $1100!! Save your money, Do not use Western hot tub!!! In my opinion they are very sketchy.
