Russell and the team were great to deal with. We had an incident with our brand new truck and the team managed to.find a replacent really quick. Nothing a problem with these guys
Easy one. Charged $ to report on charging $ to fix an installation done by Isuzu in a different state. Sounds fair and reasonable......this amongst other things. Very poorly handled on so many levels after many months of attempting to gain service. I'll just leave this fact here. 10.5.24 update. Truck is still unable to tow with no brake controller. Spotlights are still disconnected. All done without consent. Not one phonecall or form of contact has been made by WTG Mackay Owner or Isuzu State Manager. Terrible. Ia it a case... read more
