They were very professional in their work. However, after cutting down the tree, they did not place the stump pieces to the side as quoted—instead, they left them where they fell, and said it would cost extra to move them. The ground was left covered in wood debris and was not cleaned up. The stones that were moved were not put back into place. Several bricks on the driveway were crushed and collapsed by the vehicle, which is quite dangerous. While the work itself was professional, the service was unsatisfactory.
Don and his team did an outstanding job removing three stumps from our yard. From the initial visit to assess the work to completing the job just three days later, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Don’s communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and friendly throughout the entire process. The price was very fair, and thanks to his work, our lawn looks so much better. Highly recommend Don and his team for anyone needing stump removal or yard work done right!
Great bunch of guys led by Don who went above and beyond to make me a happy customer! They are always very busy so book ahead of time!
For some reason these guys send someone to give an estimate, in our case for close to $3K, then they ignore you and never return. Unfortunately that means you miss the opportunity to work with someone else that actually wants your business.
Very happy with Western Tree Service. Don and his team are awesome and they did a great job on pruning two mature copper beech trees. Reasonably priced too!
