I hired Western Trades to manage the construction of our custom home. They were poor communicators who didn’t admit to or correct their mistakes. They even passed the cost of the mistakes onto me. Their supplier put a lien on my property even though I had paid Western Trades for the supplies months earlier. Initially we were very happy with our home. The home was built as a spec home, we found it nearly completely built. Its a beautiful home that we moved into July 2023. Now, just over two years in we have had 2 separate plumbing issues. The first I took an insurance claim out on, and no sooner did I start the the mitigation process than the other leak occurred that has required further demo and mitigation.
