This review is for the Western Tractor Expert Connect staff specificley Shane! I call and use this service many,many times even like 5 times a day during harvest an seeding.There is mabey twice where Shane didn't quite know the awnser and that is like 2 out of 50 calls.When something breaks and you are in a rush and very impatient ( which i am most of the time) to figure out the problem,these guys are super calm and relaxed and help you quickly figure it out.Im not sure the service department will like this but Shane and the... read more
