Do not buy from Toyota Guildford. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a brand new 2024 SR Hilux with only 2,800 km on the clock, and it already had gearbox issues—a loud ticking noise and, unbelievably, water inside the transmission. Despite the vehicle being just 6 weeks old, I was blamed for the issue, accused of somehow submerging it in water, and told my warranty was void. Absolutely false and insulting. I had a disappointing experience with both the service and sales centers. What was promised as a 2-hour service took over 3 hours, and to make matters worse, my car wasn't washed afterward, which is typically standard practice. Additionally, when seeking a test drive for a new Prado, the sales representative was hesitant and instead opted to show me the online specifications on a larger screen—information that is already readily available online.
