AVOID, this place is a scam. I had my car with Western Toyota for warranty work. They required the car for a full week, and provided a loan car. The loan car is a just a complete scam, for starters they provided the car with half a tank of fuel and said return it with half a tank, which is near impossible to not end up out of pocket, I did the right things and put 40L in it before I returned to make sure it was a honest half tank. Disappointing experience. I booked my RAV4 in for an express service, but after the work was completed, the car sat in the car park for at least an hour before I received a call that it was ready. The lack of communication meant I waited much longer than necessary. If you’re offering an express service, customers should be notified promptly when their vehicle is finished.”
Had an on going issue with the audio unit with my Toyota Corolla. The super star Faith sorted it with no complications. Respect and great customer’s service. Highly recommend. Should be in a management position.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Toyota today. I had booked my car in for a service and arranged a hire car so I could pick up my children from school. When I arrived, I was informed that I would need to pay $50 and return the vehicle by 2:00 pm, which was not suitable for my circumstances. In the past, I have only been charged $25 and allowed to keep the vehicle for 24 hours, so this unexpected change was frustrating.
