A reception lady in the middle seat treated us bad every time we ask I question she would replie with anger.
Good service and great workers👌
I had a disappointing experience with both the service and sales centers. What was promised as a 2-hour service took over 3 hours, and to make matters worse, my car wasn't washed afterward, which is typically standard practice. Additionally, when seeking a test drive for a new Prado, the sales representative was hesitant and instead opted to show me the online specifications on a larger screen—information that is already readily available online. This level of service was far below what I expect from Toyota.
