The absolute WORST tow yard in all of Arizona
I brought a freind here to get their vehicle out of impound after getting a DUI. They got their car back FOR FAR CHEAPER than I've experienced at other tow yards. Go the next day after getting towed for the best rate. As far as location its not NASTY or any dirtier than any other tow yard I've been too. People that cry on this review board are just that crybabies that refuse to take responsibility for their part or expect to be coddled at a tow yard 🤔, Its a tow yard people not a 5star Michelin restaurant.
between myself and my dad we called over 10 times. after 7 calls in a row the receptionist finally stopped cancelling my calls and I got an answer. they were also rude to some customers (not myself) and laughing at them … not the best customer service. i had to pay nearly 600 dollars for them to give me my car back after it was towed from my house when marked “abandoned” even though it was not. overall terrible experience and waste of my time and money. i would absolutely never pick them willingly as they seem unprofessional... read more
