Spent almost $2,000 here. We bought a vacuum oven and all the accessories. The vacuum oven didn’t come with the power cord. We called and spoke with the manager about it. They took our information and said they would send it via USPS. Here we are a month later, no power cord. Also, we were told the $400 tube we bought was a pound tube...it’s only a 6 ounce tube. We traveled 2 hours to get here. Obviously their lacking in customer service and knowledge of their products. Extremely disappointing.
