We were hired by a local client to erect a large pavilion that they had purchased from Western Timber Frame. The package was delivered right on schedule and was well packed and organized. We did quite a bit of research before pulling the trigger, and we are VERY satisfied with our decision to go with Western Timberframe. Yes, it is pricey. Yes, it is worth it. Chase Bronson was extremely helpful through the design process and was able to share our vision through a handful of phone calls and emailed site photos. I didn’t hire these guys to replace my grandmothers deck but when the people I did hire started to go astray and we needed a professional opinion David was out to her house to provide ideas and collaboration to make sure that she was happy! The contractors I hired had made some mistakes and were dragging their feet to fix them, causing my grandmother to get worked up about the situation. Our Pergola/Pavilion turned out better than we could’ve hoped for. Mike Jenson at Western Timber frame was amazing and I highly recommend going with him. He helped design what I had envisioned and I can’t say enough good things about how it turned out. Even the install crew was very professional and quick.
