I loved working with Western Timber frame. I called on a Saturday and they came out that day!! Darren Dunne was my salesman and help with everything!! He was willing to come over and help with things that I doubt any other company would have offered. The teardown went smoothly and so did the installation. The people they have working for them and David my project manager did a wonderful job!! You can't go wrong with them!!!
From the measuring to the finishing touches everyone was so courteous, friendly, professional, and always totally cleaned up after themselves. Could not recommend this company more. We spend more time outside than we have in the eight years we have lived in our house.
These guys did a great job. Consultation and design process was very smooth and they were very open to ideas and listening to us. They got the work done and installation done actually ahead of schedule. Great job, would highly recommend.
We might have had a little ruff start (misunderstanding on my part with measurements). But they did everything to make me happy. They did an amazing job, my deck looks so good and I'm enjoying it, A great thanks to David, Robert and of course all the workers. I will add photos shortly.
