I would like to thank Rob for a thorough and professional job servicing our Piazzetta Pellet Heater. I’ve had it serviced in the past by others, but Rob was the only one to dismantle the covers and get within the internal workings for a proper service. Cleared the error code’s and left me with a brilliantly performing heater.
