I'm deeply disappointed by my experience at Western Technology, Inc. since the new manager's arrival. The once pleasant and productive environment has deteriorated under their leadership. The manager has ignored employee concerns, added excessive workloads, and shown a lack of understanding, causing morale to decline. Our company has been working with Western Technology for over 20 years. We specialize in bridge, water tower, and other structural steel blasting and coatings work. In my experience and many others here, the explosion proof lighting products we get from Western Tech are the best in the industry.
