I'm deeply disappointed by my experience at Western Technology, Inc. since the new manager's arrival. The once pleasant and productive environment has deteriorated under their leadership. The manager has ignored employee concerns, added excessive workloads, and shown a lack of understanding, causing morale to decline. We have been working with this company for a few years now and they are amazing! Product is exactly what is described. Who ever is in the shipping and receiving department I must say is AMAZING!
