I'm deeply disappointed by my experience at Western Technology, Inc. since the new manager's arrival. The once pleasant and productive environment has deteriorated under their leadership. The manager has ignored employee concerns, added excessive workloads, and shown a lack of understanding, causing morale to decline. We have been working with this company for a few years now and they are amazing! Product is exactly what is described. Who ever is in the shipping and receiving department I must say is AMAZING! From all the shipments I've received nothing was packaged wrong, everything was protected, Just great! Thanks a lot!

Our company has been working with Western Technology for over 20 years. We specialize in bridge, water tower, and other structural steel blasting and coatings work. In my experience and many others here, the explosion proof lighting products we get from Western Tech are the best in the industry.
