Very disappointed with the receptionist’s unprofessional behaviour. The first time I tried to book an appointment for my dad, she said she would call back with the confirmed time but never did. I had to follow up myself the day before just to find out when the appointment was. The second time, I booked the appointment 11 days in advance and was told that she had booked him in for 1:30pm.
