I had a great experience with Dr Richmond at her Penrith rooms. She listened carefully, gave clear advice, and involved me in decisions about my care. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the proactive communication about my appointment time.

The Drs are great, although it's hard to get in and see them due to wait times. The receptionists are rude and complain about you to each other.... in front of you! Like your request or question is problematic to their time. Incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacking empathy for people already in dire straits.

Dr. Michael Zhao has made an incredible difference in my life. Over the past year, he has helped me regain strength, balance, and mobility after struggling with lumbar, cervical, and knee pain. Thanks to his care, I can now function so much better with significantly reduced pain. I’m truly grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him!

Dr Michael Zhao is helping me manage my chronic pain. I have had pain for over 30 years, but since the nerve stimulation implant and the nerve blocks to my lower back and cervical spine I have reduced my pain meds significantly. My wife and friends have all commented on how much nicer the new Colin is. Thankyou Dr Zhao
