The Drs are great, although it's hard to get in and see them due to wait times. The receptionists are rude and complain about you to each other.... in front of you! Like your request or question is problematic to their time. Incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacking empathy for people already in dire straits.
Dr. Michael Zhao has made an incredible difference in my life. Over the past year, he has helped me regain strength, balance, and mobility after struggling with lumbar, cervical, and knee pain. Thanks to his care, I can now function so much better with significantly reduced pain. I’m truly grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him!
Dr Michael Zhao is helping me manage my chronic pain. I have had pain for over 30 years, but since the nerve stimulation implant and the nerve blocks to my lower back and cervical spine I have reduced my pain meds significantly. DR Despenda and Physio Derrick Quan. I see Dr Despenda for pain magement for lower back... very understanding Doc who listens to your complaint and find ways to help not only just using Drugs.. Physio Derrick I've been seeing for a while again.. Very understanding Physio who takes you to your limit without pushing you to hard... explains the process for you to understand without the full on doc jargon..easy to communicate with....
Physiotherapist Derek Quan is amazing. Derek was really professional and genuinely cared about my rehabilitation. Highly recommended.
