Dr Kehdi could not describe what was seen using the medical words, he also used slang words such as lids, failed to diagnose my condition and told me no such condition existed. Also didn't know why people get dry eyes said they're born with it, he didn't examine my eyes himself, didn't seem to have knowledge about glands or eye pain or double vision or eye strain and didn't do checks that other Ophthalmologist do. I went to this so called specialists, pay $450 and told me there is nothing wrong with your eyes, made me feel I imagine it - turns out he was wrong and there is something wrong with my eyes, that has to be managed and corrected. You fail to listen to me and properly diagnose my condition, useless.
The whole process is run so very well, by very understanding empathetic people. Dr Alison Chui and her colleagues were able to restore my vision and iam over the moon. Thank you very much.
My son's appointment was scheduled for 12:45 pm, however, I was not informed that each appointment typically involves a 2- to 3-hour waiting period. The clinic appears to schedule appointments consecutively, resulting in prolonged waiting times. Following a 2-hour wait, it was 2:30 pm, and I was obliged to leave in order to collect my children from school, yet I had still not been seen by the doctor.
