My dogs have been patients at WSAH for 10+ years. They are always incredibly accommodating when my dogs have had emergencies and have needed to be seen. When my oldest best friend crossed the rainbow bridge, they sent me a beautiful card with messages from everyone. I am able to communicate with them via email to send pictures or videos before coming in. I live in Milford now, and I could move an hour away and still come to Dr Metzner and his staff. I’ve never felt like they don’t know who I am or who my dogs are.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Craig Metzner and his phenomenal staff. We’ve brought our dogs here for many years and always receive excellent care from the team who all genuinely care about you and your pets. We recently had to put our older dog Holly down and Dr. Metzner and his team made it the most caring possible experience given the circumstances. I am not one to provide reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn't speak to the excellence of Dr. Metzner. We are blessed to have him caring for our pups. His office manager, Sam, is kind, understanding, and responsive. All of our interactions with his techs and admin team have been professional and caring. Truly a 5 star group.

Western Sussex Animal Hospital has been our go-to vet for all four of our animals, and we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else.
