Drive though attendants are extremely inattentive at Western Sun Financial in Bixby, Tulsa and Broken Arrow Oklahoma. I have mentioned it to upper management, and they explain their nonprofit status lender?? We have been members of Western Sun Financial for 4 years. When I pull in the drive through, the tellers NEVER GREET US EVER!!!

Slow service!!! Very lazy employees!!!
Customer service has gone down exponentially. Tellers are rude and unfriendly.
