First time getting loaded at Western Sugar, and it was a great experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently to get me loaded and back on the road quickly. Upon arrival, they thoroughly inspect your trailer, which is appreciated since the product is food-grade sugar. Make sure your trailer is clean and free of any contamination before arriving. I have been picking up loads at Western Sugar in Fort Morgan for a long time—around 20 years—and every time, I am surprised by the quality, friendliness, and speed with which they serve me. It is one of my favorite places to go to pick up my loads—truly excellent service. The staff are very friendly even when I checked in at the wrong office after following the review that had the red and blue lines showing where to park and office location. The parking arrow is correct, but the office location drivers walk to has changed. See pic. As far as the cleanliness of the trailer, there is a questionnaire with specific questions about products hauled and whether or not the trailer has been fumigated.
