I would not give them a star except the workers were friendly. Got here at 0940, 5 trucks in front of me. I got in a door at 1328 they started loading me at 1338. I am still in a door and not loaded yet. Here it is going on 1430. I was told 15 minutes. I am only getting 17 pallets.
I didn’t have any troubles loading here. Red line is where trucks go to park. Blue line is where driver walks to to checkin the lady at desk with tell you everything after that.
They don't care how horrible they are and the DONT care about your time. The moral at this place is atrocious and they take it out on the drivers. Drivers beware rejected trailers are very high. P.S. WSC are paid by the hour so they don't care. Management needs to learn how to manage. Front office staff they are good and I dont blame them.
Attention Drivers !!! If you for pick up, your trailer must be clean , if they will found pieces of GLASS in trailer floor in between boards , they will reject you to load . Fair time for loading, Nice people there . Thanks.
