This star is being given for lack of customer care and hopefully taken on board as productive feedback. To be clear I have had no work actually completed here. The car I have is renowned for torque converters to go. I phoned and was told they can fit a refurbished one if that was the case (I was recommended to call these guys for this reason) but the gent I spoke with was fine to chat to but was unsure of the price as the manager had gone home and said best to either come in or call back. No mention about replacement gearbox... read more
