Took in our Volkswagen golf with a suspected DSG mechatronics problem, knowing the potential high cost of a worse case repair. The team checked through and confirmed correct diagnosis before doing a mechatronics replacement - whereas other garages were jumping to the (expensive) conclusion without even seeing the vehicle. The torque converter of my Volvo xc70 was gone. They gave a very reaonable quote. They found a replacement but it did not work well. They went out of their way to fix it and I am very impressed with the service. Very highly recommended.
The Team in at WS Autos were professional and friendly from the very start. They managed to have our car back on the road quicker than the original time frame, which is always a good thing if possible. I would highly recommend WS Autos and will be a return customer in the future.
I had my 2015 Isuzu MUX automatic transmission serviced with a full flush . Western Suburbs Automatics did a great job. They were excellent to deal with , very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them they did a great job.
I couldn’t be happier with their service. I dropped my Toyota Hiace a few weeks ago, and got fixed quickly and diligently. They were honest and didn’t overcharge. I was super surprised after having struggled with the van for a bit, and no other mechanic could help or wanted to overcharge, this was quite refreshing. I can only recommend this shop!
