Working from Jeanine's expert estimates we finally upgraded to a new Heat & Glo insert. And 26 years on their 30" unit is contemporary, high tech, and slid in beautifully to the old 36" surround necessitating no tear down and providing us with a multi speed blower and safety glass. Ryan made it all happen in just one morning of of install and an hour or so of teardown while we had the service box upgraded by RT Electric. This business is very unresponsive. It usually schedules two or more weeks out and when you try to make a call to have a service, no one gets back to you for days and days. The scheduler Janine was extremely rude and not helpful with regards to a time-sensitive situation for a real estate transaction.
I had bought a used pellet stove, and they came and did a completely new install. I'm very happy with it. They even made sure everything worked like it should. I'm ready for winter!
I had bought my home not knowing if the gas fireplace worked. (Which they were aware of)They came out, serviced it, and made an extremely minor repair as well as brought me a new gas key. The gentleman showed me how to operate it, was thorough and cleaned up like he was never there. He was polite, answered all my questions and HONEST. Their price was very reasonable as well! Very happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend!
