We were in a bind and needed a trailer the same day. Western States Trailer & Auto had an enclosed trailer that fit our needs at a fair price and got us out the door quickly. Jim and Logan were friendly, checked our lights/brakes, and made the whole process easy. Great service, great value—and a great shop dog. Good people. We’d do business here again. Highly recommend.
My husband and I got a trailer for our business from Logan at Western States Trailer today. We found the unit we wanted on Facebook and reached out. They responded super quickly and confirmed it was in stock. Came the next morning and Logan was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We left within an hour with our new trailer at the exact price it was listed for online. Super happy with our experience today!
Just bought a Sno Pro snowmobile trailer. Great service, all the paperwork was ready and a detailed explanation of the trailer was given. Everyone on Western was awesome. Check them out, very informative and great customer service!!!
We have been looking for months for a trailer the size we wanted. No dealer in our immediate area (Helena and surrounding towns) had any in stock, but would have to order one, taking 6-8 weeks. After a year of researching enclosed trailers with the goal of an off road camper conversion, we went with a 7.5x16 stealth off road package from Western States Trailer. We were able to fully customize needs and wants and Jimmy did a great job walking us through any questions and concerns.
