Excellent experience, very fast and knowledgeable. Jim was very Friendly and had us out of there in less than an hours time . Would highly recommend this company to anyone driving a ways for a great trailer. This a 16’ hooked up to a Ram 1500 ,, it was easy driving from Missoula Montana all the way back to Clearwater Idaho. This thing is light 1580 lbs empty !! Pulled super smooth with ZERO wiggle very stable trailer . We were in a bind and needed a trailer the same day. Western States Trailer & Auto had an enclosed trailer that fit our needs at a fair price and got us out the door quickly. Jim and Logan were friendly, checked our lights/brakes, and made the whole process easy. Great service, great value—and a great shop dog. Good people. We’d do business here again. Highly recommend.

Landon went out of his way to make his schedule work with ours, was completely honest about the condition of the used unit we'd come in to look at, and showed us two similar units in stock on his lot. One of those was a perfect fit for us. Landon apparently missed the memo that all vehicle sales must take at least six hours, and had us on the road in maybe 45 very pleasant minutes. Five stars, easy.
My husband and I got a trailer for our business from Logan at Western States Trailer today. We found the unit we wanted on Facebook and reached out. They responded super quickly and confirmed it was in stock. Came the next morning and Logan was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We left within an hour with our new trailer at the exact price it was listed for online. Super happy with our experience today!
