I spoke with a representative who assured me they did and told me all I needed to do was set up my account. Extremely disappointing experience. Their customer service team was completely disorganized—despite my order arriving that day, they claimed they couldn’t locate it because I wasn’t a business. I had my name, deliver address, order number, and more. When I sought clarification, the representative was rude and insisted I have a business name to review the order. The delivery was two hours late, and the driver refused to assist with unloading, standing by as we did the work ourselves. Unprofessional from start to finish.
