In late January, our motorhome began losing power over the Malad pass on a trip south so we decided to go back home and probably cancel the trip. On the return trip we passed Pocatello Western States Cat and decided to stop in. They were extremely courteous, understood our situation, and spent several hours the next day analyzing and repairing the issue at a reasonable cost. We were back on the road in 1 day.

Showed up Friday 3-8-2024 with a concern of low boost service manager said yes we can get you right in me good they charged me a mess load of money and still never figured out what the problem is the service tech was asked to check the overhead on my engine to which he just wend and done a complete overhead adjustment when he wasn't asked to do such pretty much just took a 1000.00 dollars from me don't recommend this place
