This summer, I worked with Carolyn Mountain (Mortgage Loan Officer) at the Loveland WSB Branch. She was efficient, flawless, and amazing. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend talking to her if you're looking for a loan or to refinance, etc. I've been to the Laramie & Loveland locations -- everyone truly is great.
New customer here. Had a couple of technical issues trying to set up my account, which understandably happens at times, however when I reached out for assistance they were quick to respond and help me along the way with any issues or questions I had until the process was complete. So, so far an excellent experience and I look forward to doing business with them! Update: switching banks. The people are nice but since day 1 I've had issues accessing my money and account through their app and website and i cant have that happen... read more
