I have spent a lot of money getting repairs over the past 5 years. Last time I went, I asked to get my batteries tested and replace if needed...they turned me away. They told me they were in the process of closing down the shop in a few months

Team Eric Rules!!! Since Eric became service manager the service has become amazing . Eric and his team understand the value of time and cost management for owner operator like me . They are very knowledgeable and they are always willing and available to give their expert advice so that I could get back to work with minimal down time and most costs effective ways. Once again having dropped in at WS North with only 20 minutes notice, the service team got me in the shop. The repair couldn’t be completed before I had to leave to complete my delivery, so they got me back into the shop the following afternoon on my way home. Brilliant service, no wasted time.
