DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them for over 5 YEARS and when it came time for us to relocate it became a NIGHTMARE trying to get in touch with anyone to cancel our account. This company changed hands and did not notify their customers of the shenanigans going on with the company. If you’re a current customer good luck, you’ll need it.
I would strongly recommend going with another company. I used Western Star at 2 of my businesses and it was an absolute nightmare. I had nothing but problems and even mentioned getting my attorney involved at one point. I am in the customer service business as well and would never treat my customer the way I was treated. I eventually got another company to come out and fix everything. It was the worst $6,000 I've ever spent. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. To start out, I thought I was getting a local company, after it's all said and done they end up sending everything to their national company in Pennsylvania. They told me I would not be under a contract, yet somehow I am currently under a revolving contract that no one will help me cancel out of.
