Girl working in kitchen was rude for no reason , she might had bad day but still your you cannot be rude with somebody .if people dont come to hotel your not gonna have job in future . Rude behaviour with guest have worst thing you can do in hotel industry.
Room was great clean, everything was good other than the breakfast person she was I don’t know for some reason she doesn’t showed good hospitality she was kinda rude and her expressions says that too I think she should be more hospitable and friendly rather than being rude. If she is tired she should take off but If you working in hotel you should good in customer service as I myself work in hotel I was shocked to see her service.
Very budget friendly, while still being a nice, clean place to stay. Our king suite had a full kitchen in it as well which is super handy.
I accidently left an important item in the room at checkout. A few hours later I received a call letting me know they had the item and would keep it safe until I could arrange for pick up. Another reason we keep coming back.
