We needed a spring for an old hydraulic valve and we couldn’t find anything from any hydraulic shop. I called western spring and talked to alex and he said bring it In and we will see what we can do. We had a production line down so this a hot part. Got in and alex had pulled some comparable springs and we found one that worked. If it wasn’t for alex and western spring mfg we would still be line down. Thanks for all the help and the great customer service, you guys run a great shop.

Horrible customer service. Needed springs because our normal supplier is in Houston and was flooded out. I sent an email and they said they could make the springs i needed. Their sales guy Alex, kept asking for the price our other company was charging, I never got a quote, and then after a week of poor communication he comes back and says they are "no quoting". When I asked if he even had wire he sent back an email that said "no". I dont know how they are in business with this kind of customer service. I would NEVER recommen... read more
