NOT A GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL!!! WORSE THAN INTERNATIONAL 3rd party customer services I've had. If you want a service that is supportive, helpful and able to follow simple administrative tasks. This IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!! I can never get through, they have had my contact details incorrect multiple times after informing them 4 times. They cancel your long waited appts of months, without fair communication attempt and have no empathy to fix issues. From my first visit, I noticed that this clinic operates quite differently from typical medical practices in Australia. Unfortunately, my experience has been inconsistent and disappointing. At times, the staff were courteous, but on other occasions, their manner was unexpectedly rude and dismissive.
