I have very clear referral from my GP ,regarding the treatment I need . I should have the following information from this specialist centre when I make the appointment : 1. they don’t have the product I need for the treatment, . From my first visit, I noticed that this clinic operates quite differently from typical medical practices in Australia. Unfortunately, my experience has been inconsistent and disappointing. At times, the staff were courteous, but on other occasions, their manner was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. I was seen by Ranjana to help treat my pelvic floor postpartum. My first visit was quite rough, so I asked her to be more gentle upon my second visit. She was far too rough upon internal examination causing my episiotomy scar to bleed. I saw my GP who advised me to wait a week to let the damage heal. Far too rough for a women's health physio.
Dr. Jyoti Sharma is an excellent doctor. I had some apprehensions but she made me at ease right from the beginning & also answered all our queries. Highly recommended.
This place has no attention to Detail or any customer consideration as you make appointments and they won't another time then they call you to confirm time and then change your time without even telling you. also the receptionist lady on the phone says, it is common to double book appointments. there is no point making any future appointments with this place as is place won’t keep the appointment you made with them.
