I would very much recommend that you don't purchase insurance at anything else with Western Southern life I purchased my first two policies with them at the age of 20 years old one for myself and one for my mother I was first told they could not honor those policies because those policies did not exist how do I not have your blue books they would not have honored those policies because the man was stealing from them it was only because of those blue books that are those two 10,000 policies after hurricane Katrina their agent... read more

I have been trying to reach someone for months to change my beneficiary no one has ever returned my calls or even reach out to me to let me know that the agent that I had was no longer with the company. I ‘am currently looking for new insurance!
Excellent company that care about their clients. Always strive to help their customers stay up on their investment. I have been with this company since I have been born my parents used them, and now I use them
After my love one passed away,was fed a whole bunch of lies after my claim at the galleria office,a really big inconvenience for sure, would never recommend that location to anyone, hateful people out there,truly a shame. Yea no comment right, didn't think so.
