Just say no to Lafayette Life Insurance Co sub of Western and Southern Life . 50.00 for a copy of a policy I was moved over to due when unable to continue on the original. I never got a copy of the new one. WOW. JUST Walk away Fast. Will give minus. Being asked to speak with service just to be told to speak with the agent. Is a very Merry Go Round. No comment on the impact on my well being and health. Just think of futulity and frustration what that does to anyone old or young.
Try calling and nobody will answer the phone. I never called back
Have tried to cancel a term policy for 2 months. Nobody can seem to give me a straight answer as to why it hasn’t been canceled. Terrible customer service.
