Horrible customer service. Called 3 times over a month and got 3 different instructions on how to solve the problem. Still unable to get it resolved
You set up auto-bill and it works fine for two or three years, but then the auto-bill mysteriously stops when you decline to move to a different policy. We've had this happen multiple times, and they never know why it happens. It's a very convenient mystery. Then they fail to email the forms they say they'll email.
