Very shady business practices. My mom set up policies back in the 80's that were supposed to be whole life policies. She had disability insurance that was supposed to be paying for her policy when she became disabled. Now, they are saying she owes for her policy and they reduced her policy by $30k. We set up an appt with a rep to come out last week to get it fixed, they never showed up and had not recollection of setting up the appt.
