My mother has been paying on a policy since '84 and now they say it is only worth 5000!!! She has spoke to 2 CSR, now time to speak with lawyer
Western & Southern will steal you blind. At one time is was a good company. Up graded my insurance 3 times well third time was charmed after making third up grade suddenly they took it to underwriters lost all but the last payment 2 polices gone 3rd policy being paid by these 2 policies supposedly and W&S took everything. Someone is a crook. Didn't want to give a star but to post seems you have too.
I'm on the policy of my mom, but I couldn't get information.
