I’ve had multiple policies with W&S for over 25 years now. Never missed a payment… model customer. Please stop calling me MONTHLY for an annual review! This last year I’ve asked multiple times to be placed on your Do Not Call List and about once a month I get ANOTHER call. You are driving me away as a customer at this point. Update: I give Janet 1 star, but the main office 5 stars. Erica called me directly and was incredibly helpful. She quickly resolved my issue with kindness and was very apologetic about my previous experience. Excellent customer service from the main office! She showed up to my house on the wrong day, we set a time to meet at her office. When we met she try to review all of my options even though I told her I just wanted the information to get updated so I could transfer it over.
