My grandfather has a policy with this company and I have been helping him manage his assets, insurance plans, etc. I contacted his agent Veronica who was an absolute angel! She drove nearly an hour to our house to go over the policy with us both, she explained everything in a simple language and gave us great advice!!! I agree with A Satt. The company really tries to squeeze you. I had a universal policy with them for over 40 years know I'm in default of 388.00 and raised my premium to $360.00 Iwas was paying $81.00 then a couple of years ago they said I was short I started paying $150.00.a month for $50.000 policy there crazy i will just let the policy laps.I do have to say the girl that tried to help me was very nice her name was Veronica Vinns thank you Veronica for your help
