I had a decent rep for a while, but once he switched, I decided to go with other options for service. While I was informed about who my account was being transferred to it was never in my knowledge the transfer agent had also resigned. It has been day 2 of attempting to get a hold of the office about a transfer and pause on payment on the account only to get no call back( left name / # on voicemail). Horrible experience! 3 month process of transferring ownership & trying to cash out the policy. Filled out all the paperwork accordingly then after the Loveland office telling me it was good & waiting on my check I'm told it was filled out wrong. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEm!!!!
