My husband has had, or did have, a policy he started in 1983. Paid faithfully. Haven't seen a representative since 2012. Now we supposedly had a lapse, and I have been trying to get help since May, to no avail. Did have a scheduled appointment, but had to take husband to ER. Poor business practices, no follow-up. Very disappointed.

Had to call in 7 × 2 get them.To change a simple address on a statement that they sent me because they had it wrong. I've never seen anybody showing competent in my life. I won't be doing business with them anymore.
