I would give negative stars if I could. I brought my Jeep in for major front-end repairs, including tie rods, ball joints, upper and lower control arms, sway bar and end links, and shocks, along with radiator service and a thermostat replacement. The customer service was polite and they were professional. BUT ……. the actual quality of the work has been unacceptable to be polite..
