Not mad, but disappointed that they can't take my Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance without me paying for it first and going through a reimbursement process. Also, I scheduled an appointment through their website but did not get a call. I had to call them later. I just felt the 5 star rating I witnessed didn't reflect my experience.
Staff is excellent! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They really listen to me as a patient. I have had sleep apnea for 20 years with CPAP machines, surgery and multiple mouth devices. No one has spent the time figuring the right solution with me as Western. I really recommend them!
